The WinnPro Hockey Company is committed to excellence and creating exceptional learning environments and products for athletes. 

Fundamentals are always the primary focus of our programs regardless of skill level. We strongly adhere to the idea that once the fundamentals are mastered, creative and flow states can be accessed to perform at higher, unconscious levels. 

With a bachelors degree in Kinesiology and Applied Health from the University of Winnipeg and over 17 years of technical coaching experience, Matt has developed a profound understanding for the mechanics of hockey. Matt has quickly become one of Winnipeg's most sought after skating coaches with his ability to communicate and demonstrate technique to influence efficiency, balance, power and speed. 

Matt is also a strength and conditioning specialist who is constantly exploring and testing new and alternative methods for developing power and speed. He is a level two certified Reflexive Performance Reset practitioner which focuses on identifying and correcting harmful neurological compensation patterns which often lead to unexplained non-contact injuries.
