Measured Performance

Time is valuable.

At WinnPro Hockey we don't like to guess. Our Measured Performance Programs allow us to use player tracking technology to measure skater speeds and distances throughout all skating movements with and without the puck. We use combine/scrimmage skates to collect data. 

The data tells the story. 

When we look at an individual's post skate data, we can determine a targeted approach for improvement. For example, if a skater measures in the 45th percentile for acceleration at their age and skill level, we can identify the fault in their mechanics and/or muscular output and prescribe training solutions.

Training with a purpose verses training to train.

Using the data, we create completely individualized plans to address the measured weaknesses. We measure at multiple points throughout the program and adjust training plans to peak for the start of the season.
